Build a bike team building 

Construction of a mini wooden bike

This team building activity consists in building a mini bike which has been handcrafted by an artisanal carpenter of Lake Maggiore for the event.

The bike will be provided in single parts and the participants, divided into teams, will build the bike paying attention to the wrong pieces and to the right pieces to be used.

The initial briefing will explain that each team will have a set number of tasks to undertake in order to obtain the single pieces they need to assemble the wooden bikes.

Each team will have to develop a strategy to study the project, to assign the tasks to each member and to work together to reach the final result.

Decorate and paint wooden letters
The activity begins with an initial task to warm up the team spirit, like in every team building.

The only difference is that it is an activity that increase creativity and create bonds between colleagues and friends.

Then each team will obtain a raw wooden alphabet and will decorate it with the colors and with the available materials that will be provided.

At the end of the team building the bikes and the wooden letters will be donated to schools of Lake Maggiore.
