This kind of experience can make interaction between colleagues and can improve problem solving skills, making them live in an atmosphere of adaptation to unexpected events and changes in the enviroment in which they are.

It's a relief valve also for repressed emotions during work life.

During the activity we can organise a lunch in a typical restaurant or an aperitif on the way back.
