Palette, colors, brushes and painter canvasses are the materials used in this team building activity that is very suitable for events of corporate training.

The client can customize the activity according to the message he wants to give or the corporate values he wants to pass to the employees. This team building activity ca take place on Lake Maggiore or Lake Orta.

Each team will be given one or more canvasses of little size and will draw the assigned part following the project of the general drawing.

At the end all the single canvasses will be put together to show a big picture realized with the little canvasses that will combine together to give a general overview.

Each team will internally assign a role to each participant. All the personal contributions of the single participants and the work of all the teams together will create the final realization of the big painting.

The picture highlights creativity. The participants will have to be able to organize the available space of the canvas, to be precise in the drawing and each team has to coordinate with the other teams to combine the single canvasses to obtain a precise final result.

The subject can be defined with the client, you can use an existing one or a new one with the company colors and a message expressly created for the event.
